Passport to Better Health

 

The Placer Pacers are one of several non-profit partners supporting the Auburn Recreation District (ARD) Passport to Better Health (PBH) program.  Specifically, we are helping with their Heart Healthy Hiking component that encourages more folks to use the Trails within the Auburn State Recreation Area as well as those beginning at ARD Park facilities within the district.

 

The physical Passport itself entitles the holder(s) to significant

Discounts at many local businesses, catering to those of us purchasing anything related to our favorite outdoor activities and health (e.g., Auburn Running Company store, Victory Velo Bikes, Canyon Spirit Yoga Center, Pathways to Health massage, the Foot Path, Auburn Bike Works and Sierra Outdoor Sports, to name a few).
