               The Placer Pacers Walking Club

If you enjoy walking for exercise or for pleasure, being outdoors, sightseeing, history, seeing new places and meeting nice people, you will love volksmarching and the Placer Pacers. The Placer Pacers Volkssport club of Auburn, is one of the largest, and most active such organizations in Northern California. The Club takes special pride in providing quality volkssports events throughout the area. Historic and scenic sites and trails provide the backdrop for these noncompetitive sporting events. Club members often car pool or charter a bus to attend walks sponsored by other clubs. Barbecues, pot luck dinners and parties are always on the club's annual calendar.

The Placer Pacers meet at 7:00 PM the second Tuesday of each month at Round Table Pizza, 370 Elm Avenue (in the Auburn Town Center) in Auburn.
